Making A Purchase This site is for the use of members of RBC and is deemed a trade only restricted access by subscription only website.

All orders placed are deemed as such trade member only sales and the prices are therefore reflected as such

We accept Visa, Mastercard & Switch ( Maestro) Credit & Debit card payments. No credit accounts are offered.





Shipping And Handling Our 'Overnight Courier' service is classed as a next day delivery. If the item is in stock and we receive your order before 12:00 Mid-day we will endeavor to despatch your order that day. If the item is not in stock and you have specified next day delivery then as soon as the item arrives into stock it will be despatched and you should recieve the item the next day. To prevent trade members from using us as a drop shipper we will accept alternative delivery address's within your invoice area but these will carry a surcharge of £15.00 per shipment.

Our 'Local Courier' service is for residents in the following postal codes :AL, HP, LU, MK, SG, WD
If your postcode is not listed above please select 'Overnight Courier' as you delivery option.

**We reserve the right to ammend incorrect delivery options without prior notice**

Maximum weight allowance on Courier services is 25 Kilo's. Weights over this amount are subjest to an additional fee.

If an item is not in stock you will be notified either by e-mail or telephone within 48 hours of placing your order.

When you recieve from ourselves a despatch confirmation email, you can expect your order depending on what delivery method you specified and paid for within 24 hours or 7 days.

Whilst we try to ensure a speedy turnaround of orders we cannot be held responsible for either non or late delivery by third parties such as The Royal Mail or outside couriers appointed by us. No claims for compensation for days off work or any other loss from late or non delivery will be entertained.
Delivery addresses must by clearly given, any non or re-delivery charges arising from mis-information will be at the customers expense.


Delivery Schedule We endevour to hold all items in stock and if orders are placed before 12 Mid-day dispatch the same day.

Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges As this is a TRADE site prices shown are exclusive of VAT at the present UK rate which at time of writing is 17.5%

we do not accept Trade members from overseas and as such do not offer VAt reclaimation or export services
Credit Card Security All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site. All credit card transactions are processed offline.

Returns Policy Any items that are not as described will be accepted for return to stock free of charge.

Any items ordered in error will be accepted into stock with a 10% restocking charge.

No item can be returned until a returns number has been issued.

It is the customers responsibilty to arrange return of goods to us and meet any expense incurred through doing this.
